BEVERLY HILLS, CA-A three-tower, 182,649-square-foot facility, which was the headquarters of William Morris Agency (WMA), located at One William Morris Place in Beverly Hills has been in the market for sale.

Lender Brickman, a realty investment company based in New York, is handling the marketing of the defaulted loan, which the owner Cape Horn Group used to acquire the asset from WMA for $143 million in 2008.
