WASHINGTON, DC-According to a survey conducted by ThomsonReuters, economists expect that the construction of apartments andnew homes may have come down to 3% in September from the previousmonth to an annual rate of around 580,000. Permits for newlyapproved buildings are estimated to increase up to 1.9%.
