SAN DIEGO-Retailers pushed for increased demand in the last three to six months as they saw sales increase and fundamentals improve, said Bill Winn, president of the the PASSCO Companies. But some areas are improving better than others, he told GlobeSt.com's Ian Ritter here at the recent International Council of Shopping Centers Western Division conference.
