AURORA, IL-Austin, TX-based Temple-Inland Inc. has purchased anindustrial building measuring 350,000 square feet in Aurora for $14million from St. Paul, MN-based Space Center Inc. The packagingexpert is planning to use the facility as a corrugated boxfactory.

Space Center bought the building, which was built in 1998, for$12.34 million. Temple-Inland has plans to increase the officespace to 14,500 square feet in the building. NAI Hiffman's IrvMalik represented the buyer in the transaction. For thefull story, go to Crain's Chicago Business.
