NEW YORK CITY-The Fashion Gallery Building, a 400,000-square-foot tower located at 1412 Broadway, has attracted three bidders, according to the owner Norman Sturner, whose Murray Hill Properties is directly marketing the property.
The Harbor Group International, the Norfolk, VA-based Israeli investors is one of the bidders, according to realty sources. A Jones Lang LaSalle team had been selling the property since early 2010 when they were still at Cushman & Wakefield and had anticipated a price of roughly $160 million.
