Teaming up with JLL Senior Vice President Alice Lucia,Wendelin’s job is to grab new landlord agency representation andtenant representation business in Broward County and southern PalmBeach County. JLL is responsible for leasing and management of morethan 12 million square feet of commercial space across thestate.

“Because of all the construction that has taken place over thelast couple of years, the southern Palm Beach county marketrepresents about 11 million feet of office space,” Wendelin tellsGlobeSt.com. “Even though it has been one of the hardest hitmarkets in terms of activity, it’s one of the greatest markets foropportunity for brokers.”
