NEW YORK CITY-Swedish-based Eton has inked a lease agreement for 10 years with SL Green Realty Corp. for 1,500 square feet located at 625 Madison Ave. The new store situated between East 58th and East 59th streets is the company's only location in New York City. The asking rent for the space was $850 per square foot.
