CHICAGO-A two-acre land, which is allocated for a 70-story building, located at East Roosevelt Road and South Michigan Avenue in the South Loop has been put up for sale by the developers of the Gateway mixed-use proposal.

The developers, Forest City Enterprises Inc. and Fogelson Properties Inc. have roped in Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. to market the property, which is anticipated to be sold for about $30 million. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business.
