ORANGE COUNTY, CA-CB Richard Ellis Strategic Partners U.S. Opportunity 5, an investment fund of CB Richard Ellis Group Inc., recently bought a 386,000 square-foot office complex comprising four buildings situated off the Garden Grove (22) Freeway in a foreclosure sale.

The terms of the deal were not disclosed though realty sources estimate it at $65 million almost half of what Birtcher Anderson Realty LLC and General Electric Co.'s GE Asset Management paid for the complex in 2007. For the full story, go to Orange County Business Journal.
