ORANGE COUNTY, CA-CB Richard Ellis Strategic Partners U.S.Opportunity 5, an investment fund of CB Richard Ellis Group Inc.,recently bought a 386,000 square-foot office complex comprisingfour buildings situated off the Garden Grove (22) Freeway in aforeclosure sale.

The terms of the deal were not disclosed though realty sourcesestimate it at $65 million almost half of what Birtcher AndersonRealty LLC and General Electric Co.'s GE Asset Management paid forthe complex in 2007. For the full story, go to Orange County BusinessJournal.
