HOUSTON-Fuller Realty Partners has acquired two office towersspanning a total of 503,930 square feet from owner The Ellman Cos.The eight-story, 222,340-square-foot tower called 1001 West LoopSouth is 41.2% leased. Another tower at 2425 West Loop South has 11floors measuring a total of 281,590 square feet and is 54%leased.

HFF's Marty Hogan and Dan Miller represented Ellman Cos. HFF'sWally Reid arranged financing. HFF's Tucker Knight organized thejoint venture equity for the purchase with PCCP. For thefull story, go to Houston Chronicle.
