HOUSTON-MEPT, a real estate equity fund worth $4 billion, hasbought the Boardwalk at Town Center. The Broadwalk has 450apartments on Riva Row in The Woodlands and is owned by USAA RealEstate Co. Cambridge Development Group and USAA Real Estate Co.jointly developed the property in 2008. The buyer was representedby Kennedy Associates.
