EVANSTON, IL-Evanston-based Arthur Hill & Co. has secured arefinancing loan worth $40.3 million on its Church Street Plaza, aretail center located at 921 Church St. in Evanston from BuchananStreet Partners, a Newport Beach-based firm.

The fresh loan will swap a $39 million loan taken by the companyfive years ago, which got matured in August 2010. Under the termsof refinancing, the property was valued more than its 2005appraisal of $52.1 million. For the full story, go toCrain's Chicago Business.
