EVANSTON, IL-Evanston-based Arthur Hill & Co. has secured a refinancing loan worth $40.3 million on its Church Street Plaza, a retail center located at 921 Church St. in Evanston from Buchanan Street Partners, a Newport Beach-based firm.

The fresh loan will swap a $39 million loan taken by the company five years ago, which got matured in August 2010. Under the terms of refinancing, the property was valued more than its 2005 appraisal of $52.1 million. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business.
