NEW YORK CITY-Faunus Group International, a financial servicescompany, is tripling its leasing space to 18,000 square feet byoccupying the whole 22nd and 34th floors of the 400,000-square-foottower located at 80 Broad Street. The lease runs for 11 years andthe asking rent was $32 per square foot.
