HOUSTON- Fuller Realty Partners LLC has joint ventured withPacific Coast Capital Partners LLC to acquire a troubled officeportfolio totaling 503,930 square feet in the Galleria submarket ofHouston.

The portfolio includes the 1001 West Loop tower spanning 222,340square feet and the 2425 West Loop tower measuring 281,590 squarefeet.
