
HOUSTON- Fuller Realty Partners LLC has joint ventured with Pacific Coast Capital Partners LLC to acquire a troubled office portfolio totaling 503,930 square feet in the Galleria submarket of Houston.
The portfolio includes the 1001 West Loop tower spanning 222,340 square feet and the 2425 West Loop tower measuring 281,590 square feet.
