The Industrial and Office Real Estate Brokers Association of the New York Metropolitan Area (IOREBA) will host its third annual "Urban Developer's Night". The program will showcase current and newly renovated commercial projects.
The featured speaker of the evening, Ted Zangari, a member of the commercial law firm Sills Cummis & Gross P.C., will update attendees on the 2010 Smart Growth Economic Development Coalition, Urban Transit Tax Credit Program changes and recently completed transactions.
The cocktail hour and table displays will begin at 5 p.m. Networking will then be followed by dinner and the speaker presentation at 6:30 p.m. Tickets for Urban Developer's Night are $95 for IOREBA members and $125 for non-members before Thurs., Oct. 21, at http://www.ioreba.com/. The cost after Oct. 21 is $105 for members and $135 for non-members at the door only. Display tables are available at a cost of $350, which includes two dinner tickets.
