NEW YORK CITY-Tincati, a Milan-based menswear retailer, has subleased a retail space measuring 6,000 square feet at 20 E. 63rd St. between Madison and Fifth avenues for 14 years from La Goulue. The asking rent for the space was $800,000 per year.
