DALLAS-Capital Commercial Investments Inc., an Austin-based real estate investor, has purchased the Gateway Corporate Center located at 1275 Freeport Pkwy. near Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport in Coppell from Lincoln Financial Group.
The two-building office complex, which measures 229,000 square feet, was built in 2008. The deal also includes 12 acres of land adjoining to the property.
