DALLAS-Legacy Partners Residential Realty LLC and KBS CapitalAdvisors LLC joint venture has purchased an apartment complex innorth Dallas. KBS Legacy Partners Apartment REIT has bought DakotaHill, a Class A apartment complex with 504 units on the northeastcorner of the 635 LBJ freeway and MacArthur Boulevard for $36.1million.
