DALLAS-Legacy Partners Residential Realty LLC and KBS Capital Advisors LLC joint venture has purchased an apartment complex in north Dallas.

DALLAS-Legacy Partners Residential Realty LLC and KBS Capital Advisors LLC joint venture has purchased an apartment complex in north Dallas. KBS Legacy Partners Apartment REIT has bought Dakota Hill, a Class A apartment complex with 504 units on the northeast corner of the 635 LBJ freeway and MacArthur Boulevard for $36.1 million.

The complex, which sits on 23 acres, has 22 three-story buildings. Legacy Partners Residential Inc. and CB Richard Ellis' Dallas office represented the buyer and the seller, respectively. For the full story, go to Office & Commercial Real Estate Magazine.
