NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ-Mitchell Hersh, the president and chief executive of Mack-Cali, is big on New Jersey. Contributing to the state's strengths are the state's barriers to entry, a governor willing to work with business and a strong pharmaceutical industry. He spoke here at the recent RealShare New Jersey conference with GlobeSt.com's Ian Ritter.
