NEW YORK CITY-Halstead Property, a residential brokerage firm,is increasing its headquarters space. The company is moving from1356 Third Ave. to 499 Park Ave. during early spring next year.

The brokerage firm has leased an I.M. Pei-designed office spacemeasuring 17,000 square feet at 499 Park Ave. from Hines. It willoccupy the 14th and 15th floors in the 27-office tower.
