BERKELY HEIGHTS, NJ-In one of the largest 2010 New Jersey leasesto date, Advanced Health Media LLC has picked up 123,082 squarefeet of space at 420 Mountain Ave, part of the two-buildingMountain Heights Center here. AHM, scheduled to take possession inmid-2011, will occupy the entire building.

The Colliers International New Jersey leasing team of BrynCinque and Jim Bailey represented AHM, a provider of commercialcompliance management and sales-force productivity tools for theglobal healthcare industry. Bill Brown, a director at Cushman &Wakefield, represented the landlord, Vision Equities.

“AHM wanted to bring all of its employees into one ideallylocated class A building,” says Cinque, executive managing directorin the New Jersey office of Colliers International, who adds thatthe Berkely Heights location is between the company’s two currentoffices, which it will shed, and therefore convenient to themajority of its employees.
