CHICAGO-Stockbridge Capital Group LLC, a property investmentadviser, has employed Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LLP to market a224-unit complex, the Deer Valley Apartments situated at 30011 N.Waukegan Rd. in Lake Bluff.


According to an estimate, the 13-building property, which wasbuilt in 1991 and renovated in 2008, may go for more than $26million.
