CHICAGO-Stockbridge Capital Group LLC, a property investment adviser, has employed Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LLP to market a 224-unit complex, the Deer Valley Apartments situated at 30011 N. Waukegan Rd. in Lake Bluff.
According to an estimate, the 13-building property, which was built in 1991 and renovated in 2008, may go for more than $26 million.
