DALLAS-Crow Holdings, who has redeveloped the Old ParklandHospital campus, is acquiring more properties along Maple and OakLawn avenues in order to renovate the neighborhood.

Crow Holdings purchased the Parkland property, which sits on a9.5-acre land, in 2006. The firm, which has built the33,000-square-foot Woodlawn Hall, is building the Reagan Place, a47,000-square-foot office building, and is now projecting for athird office building near the Dallas North Tollway and the cornerof Oak Lawn.
