DALLAS-Crow Holdings, who has redeveloped the Old Parkland Hospital campus, is acquiring more properties along Maple and Oak Lawn avenues in order to renovate the neighborhood.

Crow Holdings purchased the Parkland property, which sits on a 9.5-acre land, in 2006. The firm, which has built the 33,000-square-foot Woodlawn Hall, is building the Reagan Place, a 47,000-square-foot office building, and is now projecting for a third office building near the Dallas North Tollway and the corner of Oak Lawn.
