LOS ANGELES-Carlisle Interconnect Technologies, a St. Augustine,Florida-based company, is moving from its Long Beach facility to anew location in Cerritos. The firm has inked a lease agreement forfive years with Sasco for the 69,600-square-foot flex industrialspace at 12900 Alondra Blvd. for $1.66 million.

Colliers International's Chris Sheehan, Alex Blecksmith and AdamDeierling represented the landlord, while Lee & Associates'Jesse Laikin represented the tenant in the transaction. Carlislewill occupy the building in January 1. For the full story,go to Los Angeles BusinessJournal.
