LOS ANGELES-Carlisle Interconnect Technologies, a St. Augustine, Florida-based company, is moving from its Long Beach facility to a new location in Cerritos. The firm has inked a lease agreement for five years with Sasco for the 69,600-square-foot flex industrial space at 12900 Alondra Blvd. for $1.66 million.

Colliers International's Chris Sheehan, Alex Blecksmith and Adam Deierling represented the landlord, while Lee & Associates' Jesse Laikin represented the tenant in the transaction. Carlisle will occupy the building in January 1. For the full story, go to Los Angeles Business Journal.
