ST. LOUIS-Dierbergs Markets Inc. is suggesting a plan to construct a $34.2 million shopping center at the Lake of the Ozarks in Osage Beach, Missouri. In connection with the development, the company is looking up to the Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Commission of Osage Beach that could recommend a $5.1 million TIF.
Dierbergs has plans for a grocery store measuring 76,519 square feet at the shopping center. The center would also include Best Buy and an unnamed retailer. For the full story, go to St. Louis Business Journal.
