INDIANAPOLIS-Construction work is expected to start this weekfor a senior housing apartment building comprising 33 units. The$7.6 million project is located at North Keystone Avenue and East10th Street.

Indy-East and Riley Area Development corporations are thedevelopers, while Keystone Construction Corp. is the contractor ofthe project. The development, which also includes a3,600-square-foot office and retail space, is financed byHuntington Bank. The asking rent for the building will start from$300 to $600 per month.
