MIAMI-Grubb & Ellis Company has negotiated a long-term leasedeal for CareCloud. The company, which provides required softwareand services for the healthcare industry, has leased an officespace measuring 14,799 square feet in the 10-story class A buildingsituated in Waterford at Blue Lagoon.
