DETROIT-Officials from the Detroit Medical Center and Nashville, TN-based Vanguard Health Systems helped begin construction of the Children's Pediatric Specialty Center, a $43-million project. The five-story facility, situated across the Children's Hospital of Michigan, will focus on outpatient care.
