DETROIT-Officials from the Detroit Medical Center and Nashville,TN-based Vanguard Health Systems helped begin construction of theChildren's Pediatric Specialty Center, a $43-million project. Thefive-story facility, situated across the Children's Hospital ofMichigan, will focus on outpatient care.
