HACKENSACK, NJ-Twenty-year commercial real estate veteran Frank Greco, formerly with CB Richard Ellis, has joined Studley’s Northern New Jersey office as a managing director. In his new position, Greco will focus on new business development with an emphasis on corporate and financial services firms.

Prior to joining Studley, Greco was part of CB’s Global Corporate Services Division, serving as the director of transactions for North America on the A.C. Nielsen account.  He also played an integral role in Nielsen’s international operations as a global portfolio strategist. In this position, he provided strategic advice, financial analysis and consultation to Nielsen’s executive management for their international real estate portfolio. Greco preceded his role with Nielsen as a transaction manager on the Sovereign Bank account (now Banco Santander), responsible for the bank’s corporate real estate in the New York Metropolitan region.

Greco joined CBRE following the merger with the Trammell Crow Co. During his tenure at Trammell, he was a senior financial analyst providing analysis and strategic consulting for the New York and New Jersey offices. He started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he provided consultancy services to institutional owners of office, industrial and multifamily properties throughout the US.

Licensed both in New Jersey and New York, Greco is also a certified General Appraiser in the state of New Jersey. He is a member of the Meadowlands Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
