INDIANAPOLIS-Goodman Jewelers Inc. along with two other entitieshas filed a lawsuit against Rock Bottom Brewery, a Downtownbrewpub, regarding a lease renewal. Rock Bottom has failed tofollow preset statements while renewing its lease agreement at thelocation across the Circle Centre mall at 20 W. Washington St.,stated the lawsuit.
Rock Bottom's lease on the 14,697-square-foot restaurant ends inMay. According to the lawsuit, the tenant had dispatched theintent-to-renew notice through a letter handed over by UPS ande-mail. For the full story, go to Indy Star.
