INDIANAPOLIS-Goodman Jewelers Inc. along with two other entities has filed a lawsuit against Rock Bottom Brewery, a Downtown brewpub, regarding a lease renewal. Rock Bottom has failed to follow preset statements while renewing its lease agreement at the location across the Circle Centre mall at 20 W. Washington St., stated the lawsuit.
Rock Bottom's lease on the 14,697-square-foot restaurant ends in May. According to the lawsuit, the tenant had dispatched the intent-to-renew notice through a letter handed over by UPS and e-mail. For the full story, go to Indy Star.
