DETROIT-Chef Jimmy Schmidt has traded the Rattlesnake Club tothe owner of the Stroh River Place complex, the Stroh Cos. The saleof the eatery, which has been operating in the complex since June1988, took place in August, said Bob Sereno, the general manager ofthe restaurant.
The chairman of the Stroh Companies, John Stroh III refused tocomment on the sale, but he stated that the restaurant would not besold out or modified. For the full story, go to The Detroit Free Press.
