SHAVANO PARK, TX-Chesapeake Operating, Inc. has leased 19,652square feet of class A office space at 4350 Lockhill-Selma Rd. TheOklahoma City-based energy firm signed a medium-term lease and willmove into its new space in early 2011.
Currently, Chesapeake is subleasing space in Fountainhead Tower,and the firm wanted to commit to longer-term space, according toJason Schnittger, a vice president with Stream Realty Partners. Heand Jason Adkison of represented the landlord, Stream RealtyPartners – Central Texas LP, while Dayton Schrader of RE/MAXrepresented Chesapeake.
Schnittger tells GlobeSt.com that Chesapeake will be the secondlargest tenant in the 116,545-square-foot building. The building’slargest tenant is XL Health Corp.
