BOSTON-Two suburban apartment complexes were brokered by NAI Hunneman totaling 46 units. Green Way Realty purchased 169 Medway Rd. in Milford for $1.05 million, while VTT Grant Street dropped $1.175 million for 84-92 Lawrence St. in Framingham.
The 24-unit apartment building in Milford contained six single-bedroom units and 18 studios on 1.34 acres. G& R Realty Trust, the seller, was repped by NAI Hunneman. The Framingham property was divested by R& P Realty Trust consisted of three separate buildings totaling 22 units.
NAI Hunneman also recently repped Ipswitch Inc. with a new lease of 34,830 square feet at 83 Hartwell Ave. in Lexington, MA. The lease represents a relocation for the software company from 10 Maguire Rd., also here in Lexington. Jame Boudrot and Brendan Daly of NAI Hunneman repped Ipswitch, while Farley White Interested represented itself internally by Rob Connors and Sam Altreuter. The two-story class a property in the Kiln Brook Office Park will become Ipswitch's headquarters.
