NEW YORK CITY-With the opening of the High Line, a businessdistrict has started to develop in the Meatpacking District. A15-story office tower is being developed at 450 W. 14th St., andthe city has approved a plan for a similar sized building at 860Washington St.

Now a team led by Square Mile Capital and Taconic InvestmentPartners is seeking approval from the city to construct a50,000-square-foot office tower at 837 Washington St. Forthe full story, go to Wall Street Journal.
