NEW YORK CITY-Investment firm BHR Capital has leased thecomplete 10th floor of an office tower located at 545 Madison Ave.in the Plaza District. The 8,800-square-foot lease runs for fiveyears, and the asking rent was floating around $70 per squarefoot.
