DALLAS-Dallas-based Rainier Medical Investments is planning to start construction work on a medical office building project in Flower Mound. The first phase of the River Walk Medical Park is the three-story, 84,000-square-foot building.
The medical campus will go along with Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Flower Mound situated on Long Prairie Road. The project's initial development was approved last week by the Flower Mound Town Council. Rainier Medical has also plans for two other office buildings.
