DALLAS-Dallas-based Rainier Medical Investments is planning tostart construction work on a medical office building project inFlower Mound. The first phase of the River Walk Medical Park is thethree-story, 84,000-square-foot building.
The medical campus will go along with Texas Health PresbyterianHospital Flower Mound situated on Long Prairie Road. The project'sinitial development was approved last week by the Flower Mound TownCouncil. Rainier Medical has also plans for two other officebuildings. For the full story, go to Dallas Morning News.
