WASHINGTON, DC-A younger generation of people, those between 15and 30, actually want to own their own homes, despite what hashappened in the economy. This was brought to light at a recentUrban Land Institute conference. An interesting point to thesurvey, says Patrick Phillips, CEO of ULI, is that young peoplewant homes in the suburbs.
