WASHINGTON, DC-Foreclosures are still a problem for the health of commercial real estate, points out Stephen Malpezzi, professor of real estate and urban land economics at the Wisconsin School of Business. After all, housing problems lead those of the commercial industry, he says at the ULI Fall Conference, speaking with GlobeSt.com's John Salustri.
