LOS ANGELES-The Sunset Media Tower, a 22-story office building situated at 6255 Sunset Blvd. in Hollywood, has been listed for sale. According to sources, the office building could fetch up to $80 million.
Various media and entertainment firms, including a unit of Nielsen Co., Nielsen Media Research and Associated Production Music, are occupying space in the Class A office building.
