NEW YORK CITY-New York City officials have approved anotherhotel project in Brooklyn. New York City Capital Resource Corp. hasgiven approval to grant nearly $15 million in tax-exempt financingto Brooklyn-based Two Trees Management Co., which is preparing todevelop a 73-room hotel in Wythe Avenue in Williamsburg.

Another candidate is also seeking approval from the cityofficials for a retail and catering hall measuring 40,000 squarefeet in Queens. Officials have scheduled a hearing in December.For the full story, go to Wall Street Journal.
