SAN DIEGO-San Diego port officials have approved proposed plansfor North Embarcadero development. The Board of Port Commissionersissued a memorandum of understanding, which involves San Diego LaneField Developers LLC, the Navy Broadway Complex Coalition and theSan Diego Unified Port District.
The coalition has agreed to support the revised waterfrontdevelopment project. The revised project includes a 150-footsetback plaza or park, a 205-foot setback on North Harbor Drive andrealignment of a portion of North Harbor Drive.For the fullstory, go to San Diego Business Journal.
