
MT. DORA, FL-Tree Commercial Realty is expanding its shopping center portfolio in Florida. The company has recently purchased the Loch Leven Plaza, a grocery-anchored shopping mall in Mt. Dora from Loch Leven I LLC.
The center was developed in March 2010 and is 99% leased. Publix has taken 54,340 square feet of space, and Fries and Great Clips and Five Guys Burgers have inked a lease at the plaza.
