MT. DORA, FL-Tree Commercial Realty is expanding its shoppingcenter portfolio in Florida. The company has recently purchased theLoch Leven Plaza, a grocery-anchored shopping mall in Mt. Dora fromLoch Leven I LLC.
The center was developed in March 2010 and is 99% leased. Publixhas taken 54,340 square feet of space, and Fries and Great Clipsand Five Guys Burgers have inked a lease at the plaza.
