MAITLAND, FL-NAI Realvest has negotiated the sale of former Arby's restaurant in Casselberry. Orlando-based CNL APF Partners, LLP has sold the 2,599-square-foot restaurant, which sits on a 0.66-acre site located at 6700 S. US 17-92, to Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) for $605,000.
The property was bought by the FDOT to facilitate the development of the US 17-92/SR 436 flyover. Matt Cichocki and Kevin O'Connor of NAI Realvest represented both the buyer and the seller in the transaction. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
