MAITLAND, FL-NAI Realvest has negotiated the sale of formerArby's restaurant in Casselberry. Orlando-based CNL APF Partners,LLP has sold the 2,599-square-foot restaurant, which sits on a0.66-acre site located at 6700 S. US 17-92, to Florida Departmentof Transportation (FDOT) for $605,000.
