NEW YORK CITY-The Laureate, a 76-unit condominium on Broadway, will open next spring and has been developed to resemble the Ansonia, the stunning Beaux-Arts apartment house.

The Laureate will feature latticework balconies, curved corners and stone blocks - common features of many of the prewar buildings in the US. The Laureate's developer, Gregg Wolpert, stated that he and his organization, Stahl Organization were extremely sensitive to the prewar building style and were particular in duplicating the style for the Laureate building.
