TAMPA, FL-Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has negotiated the sale of the former Quality Inn in Clarksville, Tennessee. A Utah-based financial institution has sold the 130-room hotel to a Tennessee-based private investor for $450,000.

The former Quality Inn, which was constructed and renovated in 1960 and 1989, respectively, is situated at 803 North 2nd St. Marcus & Millichap negotiated the deal on behalf of both the seller and the buyer.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
