TAMPA, FL-Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Serviceshas negotiated the sale of the former Quality Inn in Clarksville,Tennessee. A Utah-based financial institution has sold the 130-roomhotel to a Tennessee-based private investor for $450,000.
