BOSTON-The Archdiocese of Boston is focusing to construct low- and moderate-income homes in the north-of-Boston region. The Planning Office for Urban Affairs has recently completed the $20 million project by converting a former factory building located in downtown Haverhill into 57 rental apartments.

The nonprofit has recently started an $8.3 million project, which includes a 41-unit senior housing situated behind the Saint Theresa of Lisieux Parish in Billerica. For the full story, go to Boston Globe.
