BOSTON-The Archdiocese of Boston is focusing to construct low-and moderate-income homes in the north-of-Boston region. ThePlanning Office for Urban Affairs has recently completed the $20million project by converting a former factory building located indowntown Haverhill into 57 rental apartments.
